Users may be asked for, as appropriate: name, email address, phone number, vehicle information (year, make, model, VIN, operational status), pickup address and contact information, delivery address and contact information, billing address, payment information (processed via our payment processor), and any other identifying information related to their shipment, including information about other individuals involved in the pickup or delivery process.

We may collect information about other individuals from Users if Users elect to have another individual involved in the pickup or delivery process (for example, a contact person at pickup or delivery).

We will collect personal identification information from and about Users in two primary ways:

Information collected automatically as Users navigate through our Site, which may include domain address, IP address, browser type and version, operating system, internet service provider, device identifiers and type of device used to access the Site, the web pages and content viewed on our Site, the website visited before coming to our Site, and information collected through cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies.

      Users may always choose not to provide personal identification information to us; however, doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain Site-related activities or may prevent us from providing some or all of our services.

      Web Browser Cookies and Tracking Technologies Our Site may use first-party and third-party “cookies” and other tracking technologies to enhance User experience, perform internal analytics, understand how our Site is used, and improve our products and services.

No personal information, mobile number, or messaging consent information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging (SMS)

We run two separate text messaging programs, and you choose each one on its own.

1. Customer care messages. Messages about a quote you asked for, pickup scheduling, and the transport and delivery of your vehicle.
2. Marketing messages. Seasonal snowbird schedules, return trip offers and similar promotions. This is a separate, optional program.

How you opt in. On our quote form at app.lopesexpressshipping.com/get-a-quote?step=consent there are two independent consent checkboxes, one for each program. Neither box is checked by default, neither is required to submit the form, and checking one does not check the other. You can also opt in by texting us first at (941) 205-0012, which asks us to text you back about your shipment. An inbound text never joins you to the marketing program: that one is joined only by checking its box on the form. We never add a phone number to either program without one of these actions.

What we record as proof of consent. When you check a box we store the phone number, which boxes were checked, the exact wording of each box you checked, the date and time, your IP address and the page URL.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your shipment and the season. Msg and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to end all texts from us, and we will send one final confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (941) 205-0012 or info@lopesexpressshipping.com. Opting out of texts does not affect your shipment, and we will still reach you by phone or email.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age. Our text messaging programs are for people 18 or older.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
